Due to business expansion, we are looking for a Logistics / Supply Chain Lead to lead N2O's end-to-end warehousing and logistics strategy and operating model across all sites and partners. The role will be pivotal in ensuring safe, compliant and high-performing delivery that supports business growth through efficient ways of working and use of technology. The role owns the logistics and warehousing roadmap (people, process, systems and network), drives continuous improvement and transformation, and provides senior leadership across the organisation to optimise service, cost-to-serve, inventory accuracy and sustainability. This role builds strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, leads strategic supplier and 3PL partnerships, and plans future capacity and network requirements to ensure resilience and scalability.

This role is based in Maidenhead but will require regular (weekly) attendance at our warehouse sites in Bedford and Hook.
