PeaceHealth is seeking an LPN Clinic - Orthopedics for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $27.38 – $41.06. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc. Hiring Bonus may be available!

Essential Functions

• Assesses and implements patient care under supervision. Prepares patient for examination.
• Provides direct patient care. Assists provider with examination and treatment of patient as directed.
• Under the oversight of provider, may be responsible for telephone triage using age specific triage protocol books and computerized resources.
• Documents patient care in health record according to department standards.
