Responsibilities:
In a 24-hour, 7 days a week CLS/CRA program, this position involves providing care and training of individuals in a residential setting. Operates under the general supervision of the DDP.
Essential Functions:
Oversee and manage the daily operation of the assigned group home. Observation and documentation of individuals' behaviors, medical conditions and training progress on an ongoing basis. Overseeing the routine nursing care of individuals in managed home. Training and assisting the individuals in daily living skills, social skills and emergency skills.
