Job Description Summary

:Responsible for providing nursing care, administering medications, and documenting care in the patient's medical record for a designated group of patients under the direction of medical provider. Under the general clinically supervision of medical provider and administrative supervision of the Practice Manager. Employee is responsible for providing nursing care on assigned shift utilizing the nursing process and age specific needs. Employee is subject to call back and overtime as required by the hospital.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Performs specified patient care with a high degree of skill, minimal discomfort to the patient, and minimal supervision.
