At Lufa Farms, we’re on a mission to create a better food system, and a huge part of this is achieved by growing food where people live, and growing it responsibly. To do this, we built the world’s first commercial rooftop greenhouse and partnered with hundreds of local farms and food makers to assemble and deliver thousands of customized baskets filled with fresh, local, responsible food to our customers across Quebec every week. To build a full range of products tailored to our Lufavores taste buds, we launched a Night Kitchen, and we’re looking for a Team Lead with some management experience to keep things running smoothly.

• Supervise team members during daily tasks to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance as needed.
