Interpret how shopfloor activities influence business metrics, anticipate the impact on KPIs, and understand how each metric aligns with the company's strategy, activation plans, and departmental initiatives.
Analyze data, identify critical trends, and employ LCI tools to lead improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Manager in their absence, making technical decisions and escalating administrative issues as needed.
Track KPIs, secure adequate team resources, and respond efficiently to changes in maintenance activities.
Ensure the Machine Maintenance area complies with established safety, quality, and cost standards.
Participate in daily meetings, PPS analysis, and all Lean activities assigned by the manager.
Support audit processes and assist supervisors in 5S corrective actions and Safety GLS findings.
Manage maintenance activities when the leader is not on premises.
