About This Opportunity
Responsibilities - Oversee activities of mid Application Developers, as applicable and provide individuals with constructive feedback as it pertains to team performance.
- Participate in the design, coding, testing.
- Assist clients in business/technical specification gathering when requested.
- Develop detailed analysis/design documents for several enhancement projects.
- Solve Online and Batch Abends.
- Support the system testing and client integration testing efforts as required.
- Develop Pseudo Code for the mid and junior Developers.
Qualifications - Strong technical background and proficiency in IBM COBOL.
- Experience with JCL, CICS, and DB2.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
