Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of mid Application Developers, as applicable and provide individuals with constructive feedback as it pertains to team performance.
• Participate in the design, coding, testing.
• Assist clients in business/technical specification gathering when requested.
• Develop detailed analysis/design documents for several enhancement projects.
• Solve Online and Batch Abends.
• Support the system testing and client integration testing efforts as required.
• Develop Pseudo Code for the mid and junior Developers.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background and proficiency in IBM COBOL.
• Experience with JCL, CICS, and DB2.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
