- Requires a professional career in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics. - At least 5 years relevant working experience in maintenance and Textil equipment knowledge. - High sense of urgency, quick reaction to problems affecting some performance indicator. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - English 85% read, written, and spoken. - Blueprint reading and interpretation. - CAD proficient. - Experience with Microsoft Office programs. - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/7 waste concepts. - Administration of Continuous Improvement Projects. - Experience in the use of process control tools (SPC, histograms). - Experience in the use of problem-solving tools (Pareto analysis, 5 Why's, 6 Sigma, A3s). - Knowledge of Autonomous, Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance processes, OEE, MTTR and MTBF. - Experience in design and deployment of failsafe devices (Poka Yoke). - Basic knowledge o...
