SUMMARY Execution of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance programs, improving maintenance performance by improving maintenance system, improving operational KPIs, managing operational maintenance team and delivering production lines on time.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Work planning for each planned or unplanned maintenance activity. (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, upon request)
- Request, receive, and supervise required material to assist maintenance activities.
- Collect drawings, manuals, and other documents to assist contractor and maintenance repairs or modifications.
- Ensure to execute all PM techniques to improve overall efficiency.
- Analyze and define the best quantity for critical spare parts for key assets (BOM).
- Create procedural manuals that explain how to do preventive tasks.
