**Role Overview**We are seeking an **Electromechanical Maintenance & Engineering Manager** to lead the Engineering and Maintenance function and drive operational efficiency across the plant.This role requires a **strong, hands-on, floor-oriented leader** with the ability to solve problems in real time and effectively lead cross-functional teams.
**IMPORTANT**: This position demands a **practical, all-terrain leadership style**, capable of working directly on the shop floor while maintaining a strategic, results-driven approach.
