Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the Maintenance Master Plan (preventive, corrective, and predictive).
Asset Management: Oversee the operation of critical systems (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, boilers, HVAC, and production lines).
Team Leadership: Direct, train, and evaluate technical staff and external contractors.
Budget Control: Manage the department budget, optimizing expenditures on spare parts and external services.
KPI Management: Monitor key indicators such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
