About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Maintenance Manager to support the Engineering Manager in leading the Engineering function and developing a high-performing team.

This role is key to shifting the site from a reactive “repair culture” to a proactive “continuous improvement culture”, improving equipment reliability, performance, and overall site efficiency. You will lead by example, embedding best practice, strengthening technical capability, and ensuring compliance across all engineering activities.
