What you will be doing:

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Follow policies, procedures and service standards
• Respond to all calls as efficiently as possible from all departments within the hotel
• Troubleshoot issues using trade support, source material found online or in owner manuals
• Complete preventative maintenance/work order tickets assigned
• Respond to all emergency/fire alarm/loss of power calls as required
• Responsible for ensuring the safe condition and safe operation of all equipment before use
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies including documentation as required
