Essential Duties and responsibilities
Manage the work flow process to ensure all requested work is inputted correctly into the CMMS. Ensure all information needed for the work to be planned effectively is correct. Input the work order to the current CMMS with the appropriate skill assignment, cost center and clear instructions or intent of work order. Track maintenance activities and communicate effectively to all stakeholders on the status of the requested work.Work closely with maintenance technicians to ensure work is completed on time and in full.Collaborate with Spare Parts Coordinator (s) to develop, implement and optimize kitting process.Optimize maintenance plans and schedules for predictive, preventive, routine, scheduled and emergency maintenance work.Be a key player in the team to develop meaningful detailed PM's.Ensure all plant assets are in the CMMS with all necessary PM...
