Job Summary

As Ruggable’s Maintenance & Safety Manager, you will oversee facility maintenance operations and environmental health and safety programs at our Vaughn location. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, maintaining a safe working environment, and leading maintenance strategies that support operational efficiency. You will work cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams to improve maintenance programs, strengthen safety practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
