Responsibilities

• Forecasts and prioritizes all “scheduled” and “unscheduled” work. Works with both the Operations group and Maintenance Service Managers to direct/ coordinate the following events into a service repair site:
• Scheduled issues
• Major EDVIR’s
• Collision repair routing
• Preventative maintenance
• Studies the driver's reports to determine the nature of the repair and confers with the maintenance coordinator to schedule it
• Overflow work that cannot be completed in-house will need to be routed to a supporting TP and then passed over to be managed by ...
