About the Role
Supervise and direct maintenance staff, including skilled trades, schedulers, and support staff.Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive maintenance programs and work orders across electrical, electronic, mechanical, HVAC, material handling, and building systems.Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely testing, repair, and restoration of systems.Oversee the operation and maintenance of material handling systems, including automated conveyor, sorter systems, automated and semi-automated cranes, palletizers etc.Interact with and coordinate external service providers and contractors.Maintain accurate maintenance records, system documentation, and work orders using CMMS tools.Review drawings, manuals, and technical documentation to support maintenance activities.Ensure work is completed in compliance with OEM specifications, legislated standards, and safety regulations.Pro...
