As the Maintenance Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in promoting and managing safe work practices, implementing reliability‑centered maintenance programs, and providing leadership to maintenance, planners, and supervisory teams. • Deliver effective maintenance support to the operation.
• Implement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Defection Elimination, Planning, Scheduling, Project Management, and Risk‑Based Management.
• Manage predictive/preventive maintenance programs.
• Select potential candidates for vacant positions in the maintenance department.
• Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and reports.
