Maintenance Supervisor – Child & Family Well-Being

Position Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Operations Development Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor shall develop and implement an asset management system that will address maintenance needs of all assets. The system shall include procedures and forms that will track the use, logging, maintenance, repair and replacement of all assets. The Maintenance Supervisor shall liaise with various vendors and contractors to ensure cost‑effective purchases of assets and services are made, this will include maintaining professional relationships with vendors and contractors. The incumbent shall ensure that all files on asset are maintained in an organized and efficient manner.
