• Working with Team Members – ensure a safe work environment by coaching safe work practices, participating in safety observations & incident reviews, training & development and enforcing safety expectations.
• Build your team with relationships based upon trust, caring and integrity and assist with career development of Team Members.
• Work collaboratively with operations, project development & planning, quality and procurement Teams to effectively maintain mill equipment.
• Participate in full-cycle process of identifying, planning, installing and reviewing capital projects and equipment maintenance.
