Maintenance Supervisor - Property Management

Safeguard Property Management is seeking a reliable, motivated, and hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working independently, and taking pride in maintaining residential properties to a high standard.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for responding to maintenance work orders, completing basic repairs and preventative maintenance, and coordinating seasonal property services including snow removal, lawn care, landscaping, and yard cleanups. This role services properties throughout the Annapolis Valley from Windsor to Bridgetown.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Must work 2 Saturdays per month
• Participation in on-call rotation required (one week per month)
