As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and organizing your work team’s activities, prioritizing tasks that require immediate attention and ensuring they are carried out safely and timely.

• Organize and assign workflow and ensure employees understand their duties or delegated work tasks.
• Assess the work performance of the team and identify areas that need improvement.
• Analyze and make decisions on critical equipment failures.
