Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and property managers regarding maintenance-related issues.

Receive, assess, and prioritize maintenance requests through our management system.

Communicate directly with tenants and vendors via email, text, and phone calls to schedule and confirm appointments.

Follow up on open work orders to ensure timely completion and quality service.
