Job Purpose Dana is searching for a skilled and motivated candidate in the area of Manager, Advanced Engineering to support the development of high voltage motor and inverter technologies in support of Dana’s upcoming e-Propulsion platform hardware portfolio. This work involves developing key technologies to reduce cost, improve efficiency and performance, reduce packaging volume while simultaneously reducing implementation time to market. Lead a team of engineers and subject matter experts from initial concept creation through proof of concept (PoC) testing to implementation of technology on Dana’s next e-Propulsion platforms
