Job details: $140,000–$160,000 a year - Full-time. Looking for a results-driven Rail Car Cleaning Manager to oversee and expand our rail car cleaning operations.

This is a leadership role focused on operational efficiency, client relations, workforce planning, and overall service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the scheduling of rail car cleaning jobs across multiple sites
• Oversee crew performance through team leads and site supervisors
• Ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to client specifications
