Provide solutions to brokers / clients including but not limited to quotations, medical underwriting enquiries, follow-up of the pending information, and other enquiries from brokers / clients.
Work with Chief Distribution Officer to develop sales and broker strategies for the assigned broker portfolio.
Strong knowledge in global employer health products, conversion product and market landscape.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers/clients by acting as a key contact point and providing efficient and quality services.
