This role is a current 12‑month contract vacancy on the Allied team.
The focus of this position is to manage the planning and execution of Capital, Base Building, Landlord’s Work and Tenant’s Turnkey projects.
As a Manager, Construction, you will oversee a range of tenant improvements and capital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Technical Services, you will collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and tenants to lead project execution from design through to close‑out. Your work will play a key role in maintaining operational continuity, enhancing the built environment, and supporting the overall performance and long‑term value of the portfolio.
