Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager and leadership team to drive business performance
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Analyze plant performance (costing, variances, margins) and provide actionable insights
• Support investment decisions and capital projects (CAPEX, automation, etc.)
• Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage standard costing and support inventory control
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience as a Plant Controller in a manufacturing environment (must-have)
• Strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, and financial analysis
• Experience partnering with operations and influencing decision-making
• SAP and advanced Excel skills preferred
