What You’ll Do

Manage an enterprise employee communications portfolio to build understanding, alignment and engagement across CTC—connecting teams to strategy, priorities and culture.

Lead and develop a small team of communications professionals, building capability and delivering high‑quality, integrated employee communications in partnership with internal stakeholders across the enterprise.

Partner with executives and cross‑functional teams to shape messaging, channel strategy and change communications that drive clarity, alignment and adoption.

Act as a strategic communications advisor to senior leaders, and establish communications governance (editorial standards, alignment and approvals) to ensure consistency across leaders, functions and enterprise moments.

Drive employee communications for enterprise transformation and major initiatives, building awareness, understanding and sustained behaviour change across the organization.
