**Purpose**

The Manager, DevOps and Release, ensures that project outcomes/releases meet the technology operational readiness standards, coordinates the solution implementation and all activities related to a successful code deployment and health checks hat meets business area requirements. It also supports the Senior Manager, DevOps and Release Manager to oversee the Cards Engineering portfolio of projects (also known as Releases) to optimize the usage of resources and alignment with the strategic objectives.
