Job Description Position Summary: The Advanced Process Engineering Sr. Manager will direct and coordinate the planning and completion of manufacturing production, process, tooling, gaging, and plant engineering projects with relation to product production. Will assist plants in achieving launch targets, OEE improvements, and lean Initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities - Direct engineering activities relative to manufacture of automotive products
- Support and develop quotations for new business opportunities
- Develop capital/tooling spending plans/requirements, and implement appropriate aspects of capital plan
- Oversee the design, acquisition, and installation of capital equipment and tooling to meet production and financial requirements
