They will ensure that the equipment is available for projects, manage operations, optimize efficiency. The candidate will work with dispatch to coordinate transportation schedules. Additionally, they will be involved in budgeting, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The incumbent will be a strategic thinker who leads by example, holds their team accountable, and implements changes that align with Tomlinson Core Values.
