The Manager, Finance and Accounting leads a team of 3–5 analysts in overseeing financial results and providing strategic analysis across multiple portfolios and business units.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Reporting and Oversight
- Oversee financial reporting across a multi‑asset, multi‑entity portfolio, including review of monthly results at both the asset and sector level.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Oxford’s standards and expectations.
- Direct the team’s completion of month‑end activities, including review of third‑party reporting, key performance indicators, and variance analysis against budgets.
- Ensure accurate consolidation and timely submissions to Corporate and senior stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring consistent application of accounting standards (local GAAP or IFRS).
