Manager, Human Resources (14-Month Term)

The Manager, Human Resources plays a central leadership role within the Regina Airport Authority for a 14 month term , guiding the strategy, programs and practices that support a high performing, engaged and compliant workplace. This position oversees the full scope of Human Resources functions including labour relations, benefit plan administration, employee engagement, policy development, human resource planning, organizational development and recruitment. The role also provides general support in areas that contribute to day to day office operations.

The Manager, Human Resources ensures the organization’s practices align with Federal, Provincial and Municipal labour legislation and is a key advisor to the President and CEO on human resource and labour related matters.
