Redstone Food Group Ltd. is a commercial bakery that specializes in artisan and frozen baked goods for retail, in‑store bakery, and foodservice customers across Canada and the U.S.
The Human Resources Manager is a hands‑on generalist responsible for delivering full‑scope HR support for the day‑to‑day requirements of four (4) operating plants. Supporting a workforce of approximately full time 150 employees, this role focuses on recruitment and on‑boarding, employee relations support, policy development and implementations, performance management support, and ensuring compliance with ESA standards and compliance in Ontario. This position is designed for a proactive HR leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, non‑union manufacturing environment.
