As Manager of Indigenous Specific Anti-Racism Strategy and Practice, you will report to the Director of ISAR and EDI, spearheading vital initiatives that address systemic racism in healthcare. Your role involves translating priorities into actionable strategies and frameworks to enhance the organization’s commitment to Aboriginal health standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide ISAR and cultural safety strategies throughout the organization
• Facilitate teamwork to achieve JCC and organizational outcomes
• Establish clear deliverables and project direction for staff
• Analyze gaps and risks related to Indigenous healthcare initiatives
