The Manager of Industrial Automation will lead the design, implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of industrial automation systems across BENEBION operations, with a strong emphasis on the new X-ray irradiation platform in Matehuala.

This role combines hands‑on engineering, systems integration, project leadership, and operational support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across PLC programming, industrial networking, SCADA systems, material handling automation, and production data integration.

The position will work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, quality, radiation physics, external integrators, and equipment suppliers.
