We’re looking for a hands‑on IT leader who can combine strategic thinking with practical execution—someone equally comfortable planning systems architecture, troubleshooting Microsoft 365 issues, managing vendors, and leading critical technology initiatives.
This is not a purely managerial role. We need someone who likes rolling up their sleeves, solving problems, improving systems, and building strong operational foundations while leading a small internal team and external IT partners.
You’ll lead the day‑to‑day and long‑term management of technology across Spirit of Math, including infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and IT operations.
