Job Summary:
Manage the design and delivery of impactful learning experiences that enable capability growth, business transformation and performance across MTN Ghana. The role drives a learner-centric and data-informed approach to learning delivery, ensuring employees develop the skills and mindsets required to achieve our Ambition and live the MTN Values.
This includes managing the development, design and facilitation of in-house training programmes, and Group-related interventions to meet organisational and functional objectives.
