**Our Customers**:
Primary: The Amazon customer is the primary customer whose needs (reducing variable cost structure and improving on-time delivery) are directly addressed by the Field Team by reducing cost to serve, package-level late departures, and mis-sorted shipments.
Secondary: MXSC Operations is the secondary customer, specifically entry level associates to executive Directors within the 3, plus Cross Border first-party Sort Centers in Mx.
