Reporting to the Senior Manager, Fleet Services, the Manager, Fleet Safety provides strategic leadership and oversight for all fleet-related safety and compliance programs across the organization. This role is responsible for managing the safe operation of all fleet vehicles and equipment, in accordance with the Highway Traffic Act (HTA), Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), corporate policies and procedures, and other applicable legislation or regulations. The Manager is accountable for advancing a culture of proactive fleet safety, implementing risk mitigation strategies, collision prevention, incident investigations, continuous improvement, and regulatory excellence across Service Areas.
