We strive to evolve operational risk practices with technological enablement to drive consistency across business segments, regions, and legal entities. We are seeking a dynamic Manager to support the evolution of ORM Enablement and our OR practices.

What will you do?

Change Management & Enablement Leadership

• Develop, execute, and deliver comprehensive Change Management and ORM Enablement initiatives across the organization
• Create and maintain consistent messaging and communications frameworks to address implementation blockers
• Identify and escalate risks to ORM requirements delivery and collaborate with partners across lines of defense
