Nucleus Independent Living is a charitable, not-for-profit organization with more than 40 years of experience supporting people to live independently in their communities. We serve older adults with complex needs and adults living with permanent physical disabilities across the Mississauga–Halton region, as well as in two supportive housing locations in West Toronto.

Our team of skilled and compassionate Personal Support Workers (PSWs) delivers a range of personalized services that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life. These include supports for daily living, 24-hour hospital transition services, and attendant care provided in clients’ homes, workplaces, schools, and supportive housing settings.
