About This Opportunity
Role & Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent client service
- Lead the client relationship management for fund administration clients
- Prepare and review accounting entries, monthly close procedures, support schedules, invoices, etc.
- Manage NAV preparation and review process
- Review and support production of Financial Statements
- Support investor communications for clients
- Assist in the development of new & existing client relationships
- Optimize service offerings, automate and standardize processes, increase productivity and profitability
- Utilize fund accounting and investor reporting systems such as Paxus and Geneva and investor portals including Connect and Investment Café
- Ensure adherence to documented procedures and policies
- Collaborate with other internal and external teams
- Ensure all deliverables are met on a timely and accurate basis
