The Manager, Procurement and Materials Management provides senior leadership for enterprise‑wide competitive procurement, strategic sourcing, and contract management functions across Oak Valley Health. The role oversees materials management operations that support organizational and clinical service delivery, ensuring compliance with the Ontario Broader Public Sector (BPS) Procurement Directive, Buy Ontario Act, and organizational policies. The Manager partners with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to support organizational priorities, capital initiatives, operational needs, and future growth, while collaborating with group purchasing organizations such as MMC to optimize procurement performance.
