The Role

The Manager, Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management, contributes to the overall success of Customer Insights, Data and Analytics (CID&A) by working with the Senior Manager, Regulatory Program Management to support the delivery of the RCM program including the implementation of risk management controls, audits, regulatory issues management, compliance matters, privacy, business continuity among other functions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex regulatory, risk or compliance transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks, regulatory change and governance environments
• Experience operating in a highly regulated industry with tight timelines and supervisory oversight
• Experience coaching teams to higher performance with processes and skill building
