Northbridge Risk Services Manager, Commercial Auto – responsible for advanced risk management, delivery of advisory, consulting, training, and education services within an assigned region and for the operational day‑to‑day functions of the department and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced risk management techniques and implement department direction.
• Manage the provision of risk services advisory, consulting, training, and education services.
• Lead daily operations, coaching, mentoring, and motivating staff.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with brokers and/or customers.

Qualifications
