ICM Asset Management is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager, Tax in Calgary to join our team. Candidates will be considered at the appropriate level based on depth of experience in tax planning, complexity of work managed, and demonstrated leadership experience.

The Manager / Senior Manager of Tax will be responsible for overseeing all tax planning and tax compliance aspects of our corporate entities and proprietary real estate, music royalty and self-storage funds. This will include managing the annual Canadian and US tax filing requirements and corporate structure tax planning throughout the year.

This opportunity is based in Calgary, Alberta and will be reporting to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the corporation’s tax planning, tax compliance and tax strategy.

Develop and implement tax strategies in both Canada and the US to optimize tax positions and minimize liabilities.
