The Red Hat LATAM Technology Sales team is searching for an experienced and dynamic ASA Senior Manager to lead our team in Santiago, Chile.

In this pivotal leadership role, you'll be responsible for guiding and developing a team of Account Solution Architects focused on our key Commercial Accounts in SoLA region.

Beyond team leadership, you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing Red Hat's go-to-market (GTM) strategies and tactics across the Chilean market.
